Warranty details: 


Henri will gladly refund any faulty merchandise to the credit card provided as long as we are advised 14 to 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. We do not accept returns.

 To receive your money back, including the original shipping cost (if applicable) We require customers to  email a picture of the faulty item to info@hihenri.co to obtain the refund within the time period mentioned above 

Refund Method and Timing: Refunds are often issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account can vary depending on the store and your payment provider.
